No. Your own bot does most of the work: you create it from a short checklist we send in your ticket, invite it to your server and send us its token privately. Some things we do by hand, so we also ask for an admin role. You can remove it once we're done.
Yep. Cleanups are a big part of what we do. We keep what works and rebuild what doesn't. We only need an admin role while we work, and these jobs are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
No, it's optional. Keep a small 'Built on Baseplate' in your bio and we'll feature your server and give you one small tweak a month. Take it off whenever.
Yes. Base sets up Discord's own verification: the verification level, the content filter, and rules screening or Onboarding. Build adds a verify button, run by your bot.
On Base, there's nothing to host: your bot builds the server, then leaves. On Build and Blueprint, your bot stays and we host it: from €10/mo on Blueprint, quoted on request on Build.
Most builds are done in 12 to 48 hours. Bigger custom projects get a timeline in your quote before we start.
Pick card, PayPal, crypto or something else when you order. For card, we send you a Whop checkout link and Whop adds any tax. For PayPal or crypto, we send payment details in your ticket. Anything else, we agree on in the ticket.

Small changes are free during your support window: 7 days on Base, 14 days on Build. After that, keep the credit on for one small tweak a month, or we quote it. Bigger changes are quoted depending on the task.
We monitor every bot we host, so we know when something breaks, and we get it back up as fast as we can.
Yes. It's your own Discord application, made from our checklist, in your Discord account. We only use its token to build and, on Build and Blueprint, to keep it running. If you want the source code, you can get it as an add-on and we'll walk you through setting it up with your own token and permissions.
