Prices are in euros. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge fees. We don't control those and aren't responsible for them.

Prices don't include tax. Paying by card, you check out on Whop, which adds any tax that applies where you are, so the total can be higher than the listed price. You see the full total before you pay. PayPal and crypto payments are the listed price, with no tax added. Any other way to pay is agreed in your ticket.

Anything outside a package gets a quote before we start.

You send a request from the build request page, by Discord or by email. We agree the scope and price with you in a private Discord ticket or by email. Your order is placed once you accept the price and make the first payment.

You pick how to pay when you order. Change your mind and we can switch it in your ticket.

• Card: we send you a checkout link on Whop. Whop adds any tax and shows the full total before you pay.
• PayPal or crypto: we send payment details in your ticket and you pay us directly. No tax is added.
• Other: tell us what works for you, and we agree on it in your ticket.

Smaller orders are paid upfront. Bigger builds are 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Custom requests always quotable.

Work starts once your first payment arrives. For anything but card, that's when we've confirmed it on our side. The rest, if any, is due on delivery.

Most builds are done in 12 to 48 hours. Bigger custom projects get a timeline in your quote before we start. If we need something from you, like your bot's token or an admin role, the clock waits for it.

• A server, new or existing, is delivered when the build is done and we tell you so. You can then remove our admin role. On Base, your bot leaves your server too.
• A bot is delivered when it's running in your server.

Small changes are free during your support window: 7 days on Base, 14 days on Build. After that, we quote changes, or you get one small tweak a month while you keep the credit on. Bigger changes are quoted.

On Build and Blueprint, your bot stays in your server and we keep it running on our servers. Hosting is a monthly subscription.

Price

From €10 a month on Blueprint. On Build, it's quoted on request.

Billing

Billed monthly, in advance, by the payment method you picked. It renews every month until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime by messaging us on Discord or by email. Hosting runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.

• Before we start: A full refund of anything you've paid.
• While we work: A refund of what you've paid, minus the work already done.
• After delivery: No refund, but anything that isn't as agreed gets fixed for free during your support window.
• Hosting: No refund for a month that's already started. Cancel and it stops at the end of that month.

Keeping a small "Built on Baseplate" credit in your server is optional. If you keep it on:

• Featured in Builds and on our socials.
• One small tweak a month while it stays up.

You can turn it off whenever you like. Builds without it can still be shown, without your name or invite.

Your server is yours, and so is your bot: it's your own Discord application, created from our checklist. You send us its token privately so we can build with it and, on Build and Blueprint, host it. On Base it leaves your server once the build is done. The source code is only handed over with the Bot source code add-on, and we walk you through running it with your own token.

• Create your bot from our checklist, invite it to your server and send us its token privately. If it ever leaks, reset it in the Discord Developer Portal and send us the new one.
• Give us the access we need while we work, and nothing more.
• Only send us content (names, logos, text) you have the right to use.
• Follow Discord's own terms in your server. We can't build anything that breaks them.

We build on Discord, which we don't run. Outages, API changes and Discord's own decisions can affect your server or bot, and those are outside our control.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep any protections your local law gives you that can't be waived.
